You have peace of mind with your purchase from Easy Driver. Our vehicles are mechanically checked, serviced and have a new warrant of fitness prior to sale. If an unforeseen issue arises, we stand behind our vehicles with a Nil Excess Warranty for 12 months or 30,000km (whichever comes first).
We also offer 24 and 36 month mechanical warranty options, through Protecta insurance with a $250 excess.
If you feel there is an issue or mechanical fault with your vehicle, we recommend you contact us immediately. We will direct you to an authorised MTA repairer to have the vehicle assessed. Once a repair has been authorised, the repairs will be completed.
Your vehicle must be maintained in a good condition and serviced as per the manufacturer's guidelines. Easy Driver's mechanical warranties excludes wear and tear items such as tyres, brake pads and linings, battery, wiper blades, exhaust etc. The warranties do not cover vehicle servicing requirements.
